Have they not seen that We made a Safe Sanctuary, while people are being taken away from all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the Favor of Lord Allah, they are disbelieving?
Adhikr is the Favor of the Lord bestowed upon mankind. The Safe Sanctuary mentioned in verse is Mecca which is included in Hejaz. Peace and tranquility are maintained in Hejaz. Shortly by the Proclamation of Mahdi, the believers all over the world from mankind will be separated into Hejaz by expelling Fujjar from there, thus the World-Triumph for the believers will occur as explained in verses 7: 127 and 137. And Antichrist who will travel all around the world can’t enter Hejaz. By the second coming of Jesus and killing Antichrist, these Fujjar will be killed by the other people belonging to Messenger’s community who will approve Adhikr and Islam. At that time only these Fujjar will approve that not the Arabic Quran, but Adhikr was Lord’s Book as mentioned in verse 38: 8. See explanation 5: 50; 9: 28; 27: 91 and 28: 57.
